Delivery of groupage goods (economic delivery)
DIMEX has been working in logistics for more than 15 years, focusing on expanding the range of services on transportation of goods. Considering the needs of Customers in the delivery of bulky cargo, there was developed the service “Delivery of groupage goods” (economical delivery). The main advantage of this type of service is cost savings when shipping heavy cargo.
Over the long history of work DIMEX has created a large and efficient logistics network with its own auto routes throughout the territory of the Russian Federation, so there is a possibility to deliver the goods by our own transport at acceptable prices throughout Russia that has a number of advantages in comparison with delivery by other modes of transport. For example, shipping by air freight, despite its quickness, is rather costly. Thus, while shipping by air there is a wide list of prohibited goods.
DIMEX cares about the comfort of its Customers, with the emphasis on the format of “door-to-door”, i.e. from the customer's door to consignee's door. This format of DIMEX work allows the Client to eliminate the need to search vehicles to transport goods, execute required documents and find additional staff for loading and unloading of the shipment, which entails not only additional costs but also time costs.
