International shipping

DIMEX company offers delivery of correspondence and cargo of Customers in CIS countries and worldwide, on the principle “from hand to hand”, in the shortest possible time. The Customer can be both a legal entity and an individual.

In the provision of services in international delivery there is a procedure of customs clearance of the shipment. Customs clearance is performed in the country of reception of parcel, transit and receiving.

When sending “Documents” the procedure of customs clearance is performed in a simplified manner according to the customs legislation of the countries.

In case of “No documents” shipment the procedure of customs clearance is performed in the ordinary manner according to the customs legislation of the countries.

Supporting documents for international shipments:

Pro-forma invoice for non-commercial shipments;
Statement of Guarantee for audio, video products.

The original documents are presented in the following quantities:

Invoice, filled out in 2 languages (Russian and English) – 3 bilingual original copies;
Statement of Guarantee if required in accordance to the attachment -1 original copy.

Delivery terms for international shipments are specified in working days, calculated for a five-day work week, not counting the day of receipt of the shipment from the Sender. The terms reflect the transit time of the shipment in transit and do not take into account the time costs for customs clearance in the country of sending, receiving, and transit countries.

Prices for international services of “DIMEX” do not include taxes and customs duties of the recipient country or countries of transit. Accordingly, Customer

Sender/Receiver pays taxes and fees individually.

A list for prohibited for shipment items can be added depending on the measures taken by the government of a country.
